No, we are a company that is insured/bonded, have background checked staff, our staff work hard and provide excellent service, and we guarantee our work, which our prices reflect.
Do I need to be present for service? +
That is up to you. A few options if you won't be home include leaving a key, lockbox, or give us a digital code for access. When we finish, we could send you pictures of work. Payment could be made online.

Yes, as long as you let us know within 24 hours of service; we will go back and address any issues you may have.
